My duties included maintaining the 5-acre property and the 13 buildings on it. For example, fixing electrical issues, sinks, toilets, and any other problems that guest found.

My biggest learning moment in this job was training new employees. With a large variation in tasks training was long process that required patience and communication .

June 2015 - January 2024

 My duties included performing 21-point inspections, oil changes, filter replacement, and communicating to customers our recommended future services.

My biggest learning moment in this position was dealing with upset customers. Sometimes, in our inspection we would find issues with the car outside of what the customer came in for. This would require a polite and clear explanation of the problem and how to fix it.

September 2020 to July 2022

My duties included Mowing, weed whacking and blowing sidewalks of 45 properties a week.

My biggest learning moment at this position was learning how to create an efficient work flow. Each week we had 45 property’s to maintain in a 20 mile radius. This required me and my teammate to establish the most efficient route to hit each property.

July 2022 to November 2022

My Duties included, full demolition of all areas affected by water or fire, Install new insulation, drywall, and all types of flooring. I was also responsible for thorough documentation of all work completed.

My biggest learning moment in this job was managing a team of 5 people. With the job being two hours away and me being the only one who spoke English; I had to overcome the language barrier to ensure we could get the job done correct and as a team.
